Tom started coding on a TI-99/4A in the 80s and never really stopped. Over 30 years of professional development later -- as a developer, founder, team lead, architect, and now Principal Architect -- the thing they care most about hasn't changed: building teams where people feel safe to contribute, challenge ideas, and grow. They bring that same conviction to thinking about AI, that it's not just as a technology shift, but a human one.
