Santosh began his career as a Control Systems Engineer before pivoting into data science, bringing a strong foundation in engineering and systems thinking to his work. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering from RV College of Engineering (Bangalore, India) and master’s degrees in Business Analytics and Project Management from the University of Connecticut.
