Speaker profile

Jason Bressler is UWM’s Chief Technology Officer. He has been with the company since 2016 and is responsible for leading a team of more than 1,900 IT professionals. With more than two and a half decades of IT experience in the mortgage banking industry, Jason specializes in application development, enterprise implementation, and scaling. Under Jason’s leadership, UWM has developed tools and platforms that help team members and independent mortgage brokers grow quickly, efficiently, and at scale. Before joining UWM, Jason served on multiple mortgage and CIO advisory boards and held positions as Chief Technology Officer for The Federal Savings Bank and Chief Information Officer for Guaranteed Rate. Jason was named a HousingWire Tech Trendsetter in 2021 and received the HousingWire Vanguard award in 2018. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University.
